** I have closed on my home with this builder and am absolutely ecstatic about the entire process. Here is a chronological review of the process from selecting this builder to closing. I looked at every builder in El Paso prior to arriving at Tropicana. I went with Tropicana because of the many upgrades that they offered. Those upgrades were reasonable priced but more importantly they offered an extensive list of choices. Sylvia Sandoval was the person that I went through and her knowledge of what the Tropicana could and would do was beyond my expectations. Not only were the upgrades extensive BUT…. Tropicana allows for modifications to the building plans. For example, I wanted the laundry room upstairs instead of where the plans called for. It was moved and built exactly how I wanted it. Again, I wanted a balcony that was not in the model home plans, it was built to my specifications. No questions asked. Tropicana is not a custom home builder, but with all of the changes and upgrades I asked for, I personally consider this builder a custom home builder without the custom home pricing! All things I asked for were granted, built, and I am so happy and grateful to Rick Porras for taking time to address concerns that I had during the building process. Rick personally ensured all of my concerns were taking care of in a expedited unbelievable time frame (Less than 24 hours)!!! I was allowed and even encouraged throughout the building process to be involved with it. I always felt welcomed at the building site. Any questions I had while surveying the site were adequately and politely answered by the various workers and site supervisor Chava. Sylvia assisted greatly in helping secure the financing for my new home. She also was an invaluable mentor in assisting me understand the overall process. She was the first contact and the last as she was present during the closing process. I would absolutely, with no hesitation, recommend, or even use this builder again for my family, friends, or possibly for an investment property for myself in the future. Thank you Tropicana for making my huge life decision a smooth, no stress, and totally enjoyable experience!!D
Working with Tropicana Homes has been a great experience. They have been in contact with me with every step needed from documents to purchasing my home to completing the landscaping. In less than a month I was able to get moved in. Sylvia Sandoval and all Tropicana staff have been very professional and helpful. I put a lot of thought into this review and I wanna start by thanking Mollie Stopani, She has been nothing but incredible throughout this home building process, We came from Tropicana apartment to home and it was nothing but smooth she answered all of our questions from the beginning and really made us decide if this was the right choice for us, I cannot thank her enough she is professional and incredibly sweet and treated me and my family amazing. I highly recommend her and Tropicana properties if anyone is having second doubts, our first home couldn’t have been any better.
** There are no words that can measure up to the customer service that we received from Angela Feathers with Tropicana Homes. She is patient, humble, and very attentive to our every need… making our first-time home buying experience very easy and with so much love and warmth. Rain or shine, she made herself available to all questions, concerns, and with speedy responses. Even now, that we have closed on our home, she has demonstrated the promise she made to us that she will be there for us all the way through and more. We have never met anyone who is so genuinely caring like the way Angela has shown me and my family. Tropicana warranty is amazing . Jesus has been exceptional, proficient, and all around awesome. He has helped me with the issues regarding my house and when ever I need anything he always resolves it in a quick manner. He has made buying Tropicana worth every cent and I am extremely happy with my decision in buying a Tropicana house.

I’ve recently became a home owner on 26 May 2020 and been working with Mollie Stopani for over a year. All I can say is from day 1, working with Mollie has been an amazing experience. She stays true to her word by working with you EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!! Extremely knowledgeable in her field and easy to work with. If she doesn’t know the answer, she’s quick to find out and have an answer for you. In this year long journey, there are tons of great things to say but long story short, I’ve never not once was unsatisfied in her performance.
